Hello, I’m Van Halen

My favorite thing to do is Follow humans around! Don’t think you’re going to the bathroom without me! If you have time to sit, you have time to pet!

What makes me special is I am a super smart cookie! When I got pregnant, I found a van at the President of an Animal Rescue to sneak into to have my babies! I knew where to go to get the best care. I was super scared and not use to people, but she was super great with me and slowly taught me that people were pretty cool.

I want my new owner to know It will take me a while to warm up. Once I do, I will follow you around and rub on your legs and melt into your pets. BUT… You can take the cat out of the wild, but you can’t take all the wild out of the cat. I spook very easy, so loud noises or quick movements will make me run and hide. I’m getting better though! Have patience with me and I’ll be your best buddy. I don’t have a mean bone in my body, just fear. I’ve never scratched or bit even. I am actually starting to like being held too! I’m a rockstar!

When I am feeling playful I like to…Have you ever beaten up a bath mat? Ours is fuzzy and it’s super fun to tackle. I also love stuffed toys and string. When it is time to rest I sleep I like sleeping in the cat tree or under the bed. We are working on getting me comfortable sleeping in the bed with people and I’ll lay there for a minute, but if they move, I’m outta there!
