Hello, I’m Suse

My favorite thing to do is curl up with a buddy.

What makes me special is I came from a home where the kitty population had become too much for one family to handle. The kitty loving family reached out for help.
I’m used to being around other kitties and the dogs I’ve met haven’t bothered me, but I do get scared when my environment changes. I’ll need a quiet, gradual introduction to my new home and the people and pets in it. I’m ok with children who are old enough to let me approach them when I’m ready. I don’t like to be swarmed or chased. Once I feel safe and secure I am a very sweet girl with a quiet, soothing purr.

I want my new owner to know I like high perches like cat trees and sofa backs. I like cozy places like cubby holes and boxes. I would do best in a home with at least one other friendly kitty to help me come out of my shell, or I could be adopted together with my brother Gentoo.

When I am feeling playful I like to…play with catnip mice or the toys that make crunchy noises. When it is time to rest I sleep I sleep curled up in soft, cozy places.
