Hello, I’m Simmi

My favorite thing to do is play! I love to pounce on treats, chase jingle ball toys, and carry around catnip mice.

What makes me special is I’m a tortoiseshell kitty… no, a calico. Hard to decide, isn’t it? I have tortoiseshell markings on back but my white front makes me look like a calico. Whatever you want to call it, I have beautiful markings. My foster family tells me I’m a pretty baby that deserves the best, and I won’t argue with that!

I want my new owner to know I was born outside and trapped by some nice people who wanted to give me an opportunity to have a better life. It was kind of scary. I get a little scared in new places with people I don’t know, but once I’ve had a chance to settle in and have some treats I can overcome my initial shyness and he your best friend. I purr when I get cheek rubs from nice people and I like other friendly kitties.

When I am feeling playful I like to…pounce, jump, zoom! I get the zoomies and I love all kinds of toys and would also love to have another playful kitty companion. When it is time to rest I sleep I like enclosed, cozy spaces like cat trees with cubby holes to sleep in.
