What’s up everyone?, I’m Ollie

My favorite thing to do is be with people! I’m a curious boy. I love to explore, play with toys (and everything is a toy), climb cat trees, and look out windows, but when I’m done with that I’m looking for a lap. I like to curl up and be carried around. I purr for pets. I’m social and I like everybody I meet!

What makes me special is I was originally rescued from a very unsafe situation. There were neighbors hurting cats and kittens. I was pulled from there when I was very young by a nice person who wanted a better life for me. She found homes for several kittens, but then had to prepare to move to Montana. Thankfully she found a good place for Rebel and I here at AZCare Rescue.

I want my new owner to know my foster family thinks I’m part puppy. I greet people as they come through the door. I wait for my favorite people to come home. I follow my friends around and purr for treats. I play and play… with kids, or with other cats, or adults, or dogs! I’ve got all the loyalty and people pleasing drive of a puppy, but I won’t chew up shoes and I don’t bark, so I’m pretty much the best of both worlds! My foster mom calls me a sweet little puppy cat.

When I am feeling playful I like to…chase, pounce, wrestle, leap! I like all kinds of toys and all kinds of playmates. When it is time to rest I sleep curled up in laps, on a nice perch in a cat tree, or on a pillow.

By nature I am… Cuddly, Playful, Affectionate, I like to be held.
