Meet, I’m Oasis!

My favorite thing to do is twine around nice people’s les, asking for some cheek rubs.

What makes me special is I like kids a lot. I warm up to kids faster than I do adults, though once I feel safe, I am a pretty friendly boy in general. I was originally adopted as a kitten, but was returned due to asthma in my former family. I’ve been pretty confused and sad about the transition. I am hoping for a new home where I can settle in and stay forever. I had a doggy best friend in my previous home. With a slow introduction, I could make froends with another cat friendly dog.

I want my new owner to know I have a full vocabulary. In addition to meows and purrs, I swear like a drunken sailor with my hisses. I hiss when I’m startled or when I hear a new noise. It makes me sound mean, but I’m really sweet boy. I like attention, and I seek out affection.

When I am feeling playful I like to… I don’t really have a favorite. I’m pretty mellow and prefer naps and cuddles to very active play, but will play when the mood strikes me. When it is time to rest I sleep I like to sleep nestled up to my favorite humans.
