Hello, I’m Gentoo

My favorite thing to do is chill. I’m a good blend of silly and soft. I like to play, but I also like a good sunbeam.

What makes me special is I start off a little shy but as soon as I feel safe and secure I’m a very affectionate kitty boy. I have a loud purr and I am fluffy and soft.

I want my new owner to know I came from the home of a nice, kitty loving lady who ended up with more kitties than she could reasonably manage. I’m used to having other kitties around and would like a friend or two. I’m getting used to more attention from people and so far I like it! I have a little kink in my tail that’s likely been there since I was born. It doesn’t bother me and it’s just part of my charm.
There was a dog in my home. He didn’t bother me and I didn’t bother him. I’ll likely need a slow introduction to new dogs.
I’ve been around some kids and I am nice to them, but will hide if they are too loud or move too quickly around me.

When I am feeling playful I like to…bat around spring toys and balls. I like catnip pillows and cat trees. When it is time to rest I sleep I like cat trees with a cubby hole I can curl up in. I like soft places where I can feel safe and cozy.
