Hello, I’m Butterfly

My favorite thing to do is explore and be with you! I will search the house and hunt you down when I want some cuddle time. I’ll talk to you and tell you when I’d like a treat.

What makes me special is I am a friendly, social kitty. I like to be where the people are. I also get along with other friendly cats or dogs. I don’t like to spend a lot of time alone, so if you work long hours I’d prefer it if you have another pet that I can be with while we wait for you.

I want my new owner to know that I was part of a colony of kitties living under a hotel. The manager there liked us and wanted us to be healthy and happy, so he contacted a rescue called FOAR that came out to get all of us colony kitties fixed and vaccinated. The lady from FOAR loved me right away and thought I was far too sweet of a kitty to live the feral life, and I was about to have kittens, so she brought me in. She asked AZCare for help to find forever families for me and all my butterfly babies, Monarch, Swallowtail, Sunbeam, Elfin, and Glasswing.

When I am feeling playful I like to…Kick at catnip mice or bat at dangly wand toys. I may be a mama cat, but I still have a lot of kitten in me! When it is time to rest I sleep On high perches or curled up in blankets.
