Hello, I’m Callum

My favorite thing to do is… explore! I am curious, and like to climb cat trees to look around, and hang out in windows.

What makes me special is… I’m a sweet boy with a lovely coat. I think you could call me a champagne tabby, which is what my tawny, golden color is typically called, but I prefer to think of myself as mountain lion colored. It makes me feel connected with my ancestors. Anyway, when I came to my foster home, I did hide initially, but once I felt safe I loved to be out and about with people, and like to have someone to cuddle up to and sleep next to. I love other cats and would be fine with a mellow dog- an energetic one might be too much for me. Don’t tell the mountain lion.

I want my new owner to know… My mama cat was a stray that came inside and made herself at home just in time for my littermates and I to arrive. The kind family that let her in got all of us fixed, but needed help to find us homes, so off to AZ CARE we went! I am so ready to find my forever home.

When I am feeling playful I like to.. (favorite toys): chase toys, wrestle with other kittens, and climb kitty trees.

Where do I sleep? curled up next to other kitties or people on the bed.
