Glade is a sweet girl with a soothing purr.  She can be shy of new people, but once she is warmed up, she is happy, affectionate, playful, and curious.  She loves feathered toys or toys that roll.  She is a foodie, and likes just about every flavor a cat could like.  If you have food in your hand, she will tell you quite loudly that you ought to put it down for the kitty.  She is friendly with her foster family’s dog and likes to have friends, two-legged or four, but prefers they take it slow with her at first.  She was raised in a barn before coming to rescue and her feral mama taught her to hide when startled, and she still will hide initially. Once she decides you aren’t scary, she wants to be your best friend.    She loves to have a soft place to curl up, a window to look out of, and a cat tree to scratch.
